Refund Policy

At Amar Jassy Creation, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every outfit is carefully checked for quality before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you according to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
You have provided a complete unboxing video and clear photos as proof of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team has verified and approved your claim after reviewing the provided proof.

Refunds will not be processed without a valid unboxing video and image proof.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds for:

Customized, stitched, or altered products.
Products purchased during sale or discount events.
Returns made without prior verification or beyond the 24-hour window.
Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition and packaging, your refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI ID provided by the customer.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect after approval.

Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing by contacting our team directly.
Once processing begins or the order is shipped, cancellation or refund may not be possible.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeframe:

First, check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing time may vary.
