Return/Exchange Policy

At Amar Jassy Creation, we take great care to deliver only the best quality semi-bridal and ethnic wear to our valued customers.
Each outfit is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please review our return and exchange policy below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • You provide a full unboxing video and clear images showing the issue as proof.

Without a valid unboxing video and photos, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-measure outfits.

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse after delivery.

Please check measurements and product details carefully before placing your order.


3. Return Process

If your product meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Contact our team within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp, call, or email.

  2. Share your order details, unboxing video, and clear images of the defect.

  3. Once verified, our team will confirm the return or exchange approval.

  4. The product must be shipped back in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is verified as defective or wrong.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID.

Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Process

  • If you wish to exchange an eligible product for a different size or design, please inform our team while raising the return request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.
